Before travelling, send your arrival time through the booking conversation. Your host sends the address and access code privately.

Arrival

1. Find the entrance

   Match the entrance to the photo you received. Your access message identifies the parking and building.

2. Collect your keys

   Open the indicated key box using the privately sent code. Close it as your host instructs.

3. Follow the landmarks

   In this example: first landing, glass corridor, then stairs to the stated floor.

4. You have arrived

   Check the door number in the private message. Let your host know you have arrived safely.

By 10 am

Fictional example time. Your booking is the reference. Let your host know if you leave earlier.

• Wash and put away the dishes.
• Take waste to the indicated collection point.
• Turn off the lights and air conditioning.
• Check your belongings and sign out of TV accounts.
• Close the windows and lock the property.
• Return the keys as privately instructed and confirm departure.
