Services and prices

Prices include tax, per property. Deliverables follow the selected package. Prices follow tiers based on the number of properties Numencia has already served: 1st to 20th paid property, 21st to 60th, then beyond; the tier in force is the one shown on the order date. Listing makeover: €49; €69; €89. Digital welcome book set-up: €29; €39; €49, plus the welcome book subscription. Listing + Welcome book: €69; €99; €129, plus the subscription. Signature (Listing + Welcome book, social media and website video, top-down illustration): €99; €139; €179, plus the subscription. Welcome book subscription: €6.90 per month or €69 per year, per property. Extras: video €49, top-down illustration €29, extended map €19, 3 practical sheets €19, families/remote-work sheet €15, standalone arrival/departure page €19, extra welcome book update €19, language beyond five €3. No quantity discount; concierge services and more than 3 properties: batch pricing on quote. The summary before payment shows the amount paid on the order date and, where applicable, the amount of each subscription instalment. No photo shoot, Airbnb account access, navigable 3D tour, publishing or ranking guarantee is included.

Welcome book subscription

The digital welcome book is provided on subscription, per property, monthly or yearly as chosen when ordering, with no minimum commitment. The first payment (set-up and first period) is taken when ordering; later payments are taken automatically by Stripe at each renewal, using the saved payment method. The subscription includes hosting of the welcome book at its address and QR code, the arrival, departure and rules page, and one update per quarter; an extra update costs €19. You may cancel at any time, free of charge, online from the “Cancel a subscription” page, linked at the bottom of every page of the offer and from your space, or by email to contact@numencia.fr. Numencia confirms the cancellation by email, stating the end date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: no further payment is taken and the current period is not refunded, except under the guarantee or the withdrawal right. When the subscription ends, for any reason, the welcome book, its link and its QR code are taken offline; no welcome book files are handed over. For a yearly subscription, Numencia informs you by email between three months and one month before each renewal of the renewal date and of the option to cancel. If a payment fails, Stripe retries automatically; without payment after the retries, the subscription ends. The price of a running subscription does not change; any change would only apply after prior notice and with the option to cancel.

Welcome book languages

The welcome book includes up to 5 languages of your choice at no extra charge and up to 24 pages per language. Each language beyond five costs €3 including tax per property, once. Selected languages are shown before payment and saved with the order. For several properties, the same choice applies to each one. The listing copy and other FR/EN deliverables do not change language automatically.

Digital welcome book: publishing and content

The digital welcome book is published at a dedicated web address, opened by link or QR code, while the subscription is active. Anyone holding the link can open it: do not place door codes or confidential information in it. A poster with the QR code is provided for printing. Updates do not change the link or QR code.

Ordering and payment

You build your order and can change the package, extras, quantity and subscription rhythm before payment. The secure Stripe form shows the amount paid today, the amount and rhythm of later instalments, and the button with an obligation to pay. Numencia confirms the payment status with Stripe before showing a paid order. The reference, content, amount and accepted terms appear in the printable summary. An invoice stating “VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code” is provided for each payment.

Required materials and delivery

You supply authorised originals, accurate property details, instructions and preferences needed for the chosen service. Numencia checks that the materials are complete and confirms the start and delivery date in writing. Initial delivery takes place within 24 hours of receiving all materials, once work is authorised to begin. For a consumer, without an early-start request, work begins after the withdrawal period ends. One consolidated round of corrections within scope is included; its timing is agreed when you send it.

Incomplete materials or inability to perform

If something is missing, Numencia tells you: production time does not start on incomplete materials. If the materials received make the service impossible within the sold scope, Numencia offers a correction or cancellation and refund of the unperformed part. No service substitution or paid supplement without your consent.

Consumer withdrawal

For a service bought at a distance, including the welcome book subscription, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from the day after the contract is concluded, with the legal rules extending the last day. Throughout the period, you can withdraw online with the « Withdraw from contract here » function, available at the bottom of every page of the offer and from your space: you enter your name, the order email and reference, confirm with « Confirm withdrawal here », and Numencia immediately emails you an acknowledgement with the date and time of receipt. You can also send a clear statement to contact@numencia.fr; the template below is optional. The refund is made within 14 days of receiving the request, to the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, and the subscription is then stopped. If you expressly ask for work to begin before the period ends and then withdraw before full performance, an amount proportionate to the service provided may be due under the legal rules. Losing the right after full performance requires your express consent to start and your prior acknowledgement of that loss. Both choices are separate, optional and unticked.

Complaints and mediation

Send your written complaint to contact@numencia.fr with your reference. Numencia has not joined a consumer mediation scheme: its clients are property owners and managers buying for their rental activity. Numencia replies in writing to every complaint sent to contact@numencia.fr.

Satisfaction guarantee

If, after the included round of corrections, you are not happy with the delivered result, Numencia refunds in full the amount paid for the property concerned at ordering (set-up, extras and first subscription period), on simple written request to contact@numencia.fr or from your space, within 14 days of delivery and with no reason required. The delivered files must then not be published or used, the welcome book is taken offline and the subscription is stopped. The refund is made to the original payment method within 14 days of the request. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights, including the right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee of conformity.

Gifts, bonuses and referral

Top-down illustration included, per property, with Listing + Welcome book, for payment confirmed by 18 October 2026 at 23:59, then from 26 October 2026 at 00:00 to 1 November 2026 at 23:59 (Paris time); it is part of Signature. It requires a floor plan and photos of every room; without a plan, it cannot be produced and is not replaced; JPG/PNG image, not a measured survey or navigable model. The free photo edits offered before ordering (3 photos) are a free trial with no commitment and create no contract. Referral: after the referred friend’s first paid order, checked by Numencia, each receives €6.90 off, one month of welcome book subscription, on a future order; one code per order, valid for one year, no stacking or cash payout.
