Withdraw from the contract
You can withdraw within 14 days from the day after your order, without giving a reason. Enter the email used for the order and the reference (8 characters, in your confirmation email). You will see a summary before confirming.

The welcome book subscription will not renew.
You had asked for work to start before the end of the period: an amount proportionate to what was already provided may be kept from the refund.

Received on (Paris time). An acknowledgement has been emailed to you; you will be refunded within 14 days to your original payment method.
