Privacy.
Robin Briclot is responsible for Numencia’s processing of data on this site. Information you submit is used to answer your request and prepare or deliver the service you choose. Do not send passwords, door codes or confidential information that is not needed for the service.
The three free edited photos.
The form submits your first name, email, photos and listing link if supplied. They are used to process your request. Photos and the request are stored with Cloudflare for 90 days, then deleted; emails go through Infomaniak. Your email is used for tips and offers only if you tick the relevant box, until you unsubscribe. An encrypted fingerprint of the IP address is kept for one hour to limit abuse.
Orders and payment.
The basket keeps your selection in your browser. Card payment is hosted by Stripe: Numencia does not receive your card number. Order information supports follow-up, delivery and messages in your private customer space. A welcome book opened by link or QR code is accessible to anyone holding that link; do not include secret information.
Measurement with your consent.
Google Analytics and the Meta pixel load only after your consent. The banner also lets you refuse all tracking; the “Cookies” button lets you change or withdraw your choice at any time. The choice is kept for six months. Private order, confirmation, cancellation and withdrawal pages do not load these tools. Details of measured data, recipients, cookies and retention are in the full notice.
Your rights and contact.
To request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent to email tips, write to contact@numencia.fr. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL.
